Join us for a 4 day exploration of Tuli Wilderness otherwise known as the Land of Giants, a name given to the area for the large herds of elephants and Baobabs they feed under . This short expedition, which takes place over an extended weekend, is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Tuli Adventure tour convenes at Alldays, Limpopo before the group moves north over the border into Tuli Reserve. The route takes us  on a lightly technical gravel road, with some sandy sections and a river crossing , and lastly up to Molema Bush Camp. This allows for both seasoned adventure tourer and lightly travelled adventurer to put to full use the capabilities of their motorcycles.

Groups are limited to 10 motorcycles so as to reduce the impact we have on the indigenous surroundings of the Tuli ecosystem. This allows for an intimate experience of Tuli wilderness, and offers the unique opportunity to view a vast array of wildlife while riding your motorcycle.

We do advise that all guests especially those who are new to off-road riding go on a Dual purpose training course to get the most enjoyment out of our tour. These courses are offered by ADA (Click here to view their course schedule)

The Group will meet at Sethora Lodge 8km outside Alldays Limpopo at 12h30. Here we will have a light lunch. All bikes will refuel before riding the last 56km to the border.  It is roughly a 2 hour ride to the campsite on light gravel roads with a few sand sections.

Day 2

Rise and shine to fresh coffee and a light breakfast of oats, muffins and rusks. We take a light technical ride through the wilderness area to a remote camp, from there we change and head out on the game viewing vehicle to a unique lookout point called eagles rock. Home to a family of black eagles that look over the Tuli Wilderness Area. We return to camp for a full cooked brunch before riding back to Molema for the day.

Day 3

An early start with a light breakfast, we kit and head to the Thune Dam – this is a bush ride through the Tuli wilderness and local community land. This ride out allows our guests to put their bikes through their paces and enjoy real bush riding.   At the dam we settle down for brunch in the bush. After which we head back to camp. Afternoon is free to relax or go on a bush walk. 16:00 we load up the Game viewing trucks and head out for sun downers followed by a memorable bush dinner.

What a fantastic trip! Great bunch of people, great accommodation. I fell off many times in the soft sand, the guys were always there to help me pick up the bike. They were good instructors too – sand riding is not all that easy!

Awesome trip to Tuli Botswana – well organised and good food! Had lots of fun and learned a lot of new skills on the GS1200 especially driving in soft sand!
Will recommend this tour to anyone looking for an Adventure!

Absolutely worth it. I have joined two tours and will definitely not miss the next one. Just imagine riding your bike in a true wilderness area and staying in great accommodation and sharing all this with great people. If you want adventure this is certainly a trip not to be missed. Pure magic.

Even as a lady pilion rider this was an awesome experience. Waking up to the bush sounds every morning was very special. Thanks to Tuli-adventures for a truly exciting experience. Hopefully one day I can do this on my own bike.

If you love bikes and the bush, and you’ve got basic technical skills, I can’t think of a finer combination than a Tuli Adventure into the wilderness of Botswana. It is a four day escapade that will change your life. From the stunning landscapes and spotting game on sandy trails to stories around the fire and the roar of lions around the camp late at night. No wonder just about every Tuli Adventurer books for another trip within the year!

Thank you again for the great trip Tuli Team… a truly unforgettable experience.
Where else can you ride on 2 wheels in unspoiled nature, experience close encounters with Elephants, Leopards, Lions, various buck and Hyaena.

Well run and thoughtful to each person’s needs, I am glad to have met each person on the team. The team is Humble, Caring and always ensuring everyone is looked after.
The food was awesome, never went hungry on this trip!

Highly recommended for both rider and pillion!
